Want you to create a software to track youtube comments rank, flagged comments in real time.

I use to post comments on multiple videos through multiple youtube accounts and rank those comments using some sort of seo or something like that... I want to track my every comments rank on every video i posted...in which rank the comment is standing right now, whether the comment was flagged or not like that...Please reply me if you understand and can create an software related to this work...please don't waste yours and my time if you have no experience in similar project...
