Web Based Binary MLM

Hi This project deals with the development of a Web based BINARY MLM system. The MLM works on 4+4 system capping off at $10000 / Week. We would require all the standard features of MLM system - Pyramid built-up, Distributor Back Office, Corporate Admin. More information will be provided to selected bidders (including reference URL and login information for the distributors backoffice). We need this developed on ASP / ASP.Net with SQL Server 2000 platform (there are no exceptions to this pls.) This is a high - end project with the number of users expected cross a million in less than 6 months. So, please consider this in your bid - We are expecting a very highly optimized and high performant solution. Preference will be given to Companies having ready made solution to customize and deliver This project is specifically for companies from India, who have extensive experience in development of MLM systems earlier. Please include in your bid the following information - 1. Name and Location of your company 2. List of MLM projects, including URL and if possible login information to the distributor's backoffice, you have worked on earlier. 3. The approximate time frame to develop the system (We understand that you cannot give the exact timeframe right now, but based on your prior experience what would the estimated timeframe for this one) 4. What features do you generally include in the Distributor's back office and Corporte Admin in your MLM systems. Please understand that any bids not containing this information will be ignored.
