Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled web developer to build a user management system with multiple login levels and an offline wallet system for our organization. The system will have three levels of access: Admin, Supervisor, and Agent. Additionally, the system will include features for data entry, document uploads, reporting, and communication via SMS and WhatsApp.
Login Levels:
a) Admin: The highest level of access, with complete control over the system. The admin can view reports from all agents and supervisors, manage user accounts, and perform administrative tasks.
b) Supervisor: The middle level of access, responsible for managing agents and viewing reports specific to their team.
c) Agent: The lowest level of access, primarily focused on data entry and document uploads.
Offline Wallet System:
The system must incorporate an offline wallet feature that allows agents to manage their financial transactions. Agents should be able to view their wallet balance, make withdrawals, and track their transaction history. The wallet should be secure and have robust auditing capabilities.
Agent Information and Document Uploads:
Agents should be able to fill in their personal information, including Name, Mobile Number, Email, Address, Aadhar Number, PAN Number, and Bank Account details. Additionally, agents should have the ability to upload documents such as their photograph, Aadhar Card, and Khatauni.
Reporting:
a) Admin View: The admin should have access to comprehensive reports from all agents and supervisors. These reports should provide a summary of agent activities, transaction history, and uploaded documents.
b) Supervisor View: Supervisors should be able to view reports specific to their team of agents. These reports should include agent activities, transaction summaries, and document uploads.
Communication:
The system should integrate SMS and WhatsApp communication functionalities. Notifications and confirmations should be sent to all users via these channels. This feature will help facilitate communication between admins, supervisors, and agents.
Security:
The system must prioritize data security and implement robust measures to protect user information, transaction data, and uploaded documents. Encryption, access control, and regular data backups should be part of the security framework.
Technology Stack:
