Web marketing funnel development and performance evaluation

While we have a list of tasks that we'd like completed in the near term, our larger goal is to develop a working relationship with an organization or individual with knowledge of current best practices that (through completing the initial tasks) would develop a thorough knowledge and a working memory of my marketing funnel and with a since of ownership, would be able to evaluate the need for improvements, propose those improvements and implement approved projects. Needed skills and tasks would include all aspects of marketing funnel evaluation and development including ad, landing page and email marketing design, copy writing, development, performance tracking and performance evaluation. We do understand that we would need help on the copy development in the early stages. Near term marketing tasks include: - Develop a drip email marketing campaign for partially signed up customers - Increase visibility of pricing on landing pages - Develop text and presentation that introduces our pass-through billing process as a feature on landing pages - Turn back on google adwords - update as needed - for business customers - Develop an ongoing (monthly, annually repeating?) email series for entire bank of leads - Develop customer review campaign - Develop an FAQ page? Given copy writing is needed, complete mastery and fluidity with the English language is a must. An understanding of customer motivations for choosing environmentally friendly products and services and knowledge of this audience is also needed. An understanding of the need and tools for trying a number of options (ads, landing page text, etc) and seeing what resonates with the audience is a must.
