I am looking for a freelancer to create a web page that utilizes the Google Cloud API (speech-to-text) functionality.
General notes:
- The ideal programming language for this project is PHP / HTML / JavaScript.
- The page should run in local environment such as xampp in which I will be able to test it.
- No need for special frameworks or extra libraries and if it required kindly inform me.
Design:
- A simple UI.
- Two buttons one for start speaking and the other to stop the speech recognition.
- Two boxes one to preview the live transcription and the other to show the actual need to be spoken text.
- Demo: [login to view URL]
Features:
- The web page should allow the user to use the microphone to start speaking.
- The first box should transcribe the live speech same as shown in the demo ([login to view URL]).
- The web page should compare the spoken text (transcription) with the actual need to be said text. If there are missing word the system should highlight missed words with red color (word not spoken by the user), and green for the spoken words. (words spoken by the user).
- The page should indicate the number of words spoked correctly or missing (Text-to-Text comparison).
- The project should have a separated the API file settings in which I can simply replace it with my API key.
- The project should allow me to change the language recognition language.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in PHP programming.
- Familiarity with the Google Cloud API for speech-to-text integration and.
Delivery time: 2 - 3 days.
