WebRTC customized and integration

I am looking for webRTC expert to integrate meeting conference function into my e learning wordpress website. There is couple very important points below. 1. customer profile can only join room, lecture profile can open room 2. All customer can communicating ( write, not voice ) with lecture 3. customer can see the live video from the lecture. 4. A link to join the webinar. 5. Only customer who already bought the course can enter the webinar room. 6. The live video from the lecture can be recorded on the spot from backend. At less 4 hours video have to be recorded on the fly from the server backend. quality is up to slideshow during share screen can be clearly seen. 7. Live video can chose either broadcast the webcam or the computer screen. Computer screen is very important to show the note or slideshow material. 8. Android phone and iphone friendly. ( important ) 9. List of customer at the end who join the webinar and total connection time to the webinar. 10. Only authorized user ( lecture ) can open room. Admin can authorize and unauthorized user open room. ( to prevent user simply open room for any purpose) 11. Please try make the resolution of webcam and share screen broadcast higher, better. up to the point the slideshow using when share screen will be recorded clear to see.
