Website Build -- 2

Simple Website build but I need things following the way our agency builds projects and not any other way. Payment will not be made or accepted if this does not follow our guidelines. DO NOT BOTHER BIDDING IF YOU DON"T READ BELOW. Current Project is a simple two page layout design. All of our websites are built on the underscores starter theme and use bootstrap and jQuery. Use the outline below to build your theme accordingly based off the mockups provided. - Use underscores template as a starter theme - [login to view URL] - Use bootstrap grid and elements, enqueue bootstrap css in functions to be loaded in the head before [login to view URL], enqueue bootstrap javascript into the footer. - Use font-awesome for all icons if available, don’t use glyph-icons. - All css to go into [login to view URL], any third party css should be included into [login to view URL] to limit the amount of stylesheets and server calls. - Responsive styles should be added to the bottom of style.css. - All javascript to be enqueued in functions and loaded in the footer. - If javascript is only used on certain theme templates then make sure it is only conditionally loaded when needed. - Limited Plugin use, build everything possible into the theme and explain if this is not possible. Example sliders, calendars, menus, dropdown, responsive menus etc. Build these into the functions or add new php files into the "inc” folder and name accordingly. If you require a third party javascript then add it into the “js” folder and only load it when needed. - Build any admin panels or editable content area (besides page content) using Advanced Custom Fields Pro which will be provided if needed. Things such as logo uploads, phone numbers, emails, or anything that should be editable by the client should be incorporated into an an admin panel page using ACF Pro and included in the them templates. For example most theme headers will need a logo upload input, an email address input, a phone number input, social media link inputs etc. Use the provided mockup for the field references. - All Menus should be created in the functions file and named accordingly. Make sure the main menu has dropdown menus enabled and styled accordingly. Do not use any Wordpress plugins for the menu unless it is built into the theme. For example make sure that a third party plugin is installed in the theme itself and if javascript is required then enqueue it in the footer and make sure any stylesheet styles are included into style.css. - The homepage of the website should be built on a theme file called [login to view URL] and be setup in the wordpress admin under settings. - All themes should have a template for a right sidebar pages, left sidebar pages, a full width pages all selectable in the page attributes. - Each of those sidebars mentioned above should be available in appearance/widget. No other sidebars should included
