Website Build and Spanish Language Localization

We're looking for individuals capable of mirroring an existing website and establishing an ecommerce backend.
This would not require significant amounts of design work- preexisting assets exist, as well as a complete product catalog. Ecommerce to be handled by shopify.
This project entails a complete language localization from English to Spanish- candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
