The graphics and layout of the site have been designed already and I just need the site coded using the following brief. 2) Content of main site: a) Main page with form. b) Contact us page. c) Terms page. d) Privacy page. 3) Site Essentials: a) Mobile Friendly. b) The site should NOT be coded in WordPress. c) The site should be fast loading. d) Google Analytics. e) Google Conversions. 4) Form page: a) Form structure and functionality: At the top of this page should be a progress bar. Every time you progress to the next stage of the form it should push ahead a section further. There should be a different url for each stage of the form. i) Product Type: a. Basic VT Tracker. Next Button, but auto forward. ii) Fleet Size: a. 1 – 2 vehicles b. 3 – 4 vehicles c. 5 – 6 vehicles d. 7 – 9 vehicles e. 10 – 49 vehicles f. 50+ vehicles g. Next Button, but auto forward. iii) Vehicle Type: e. Cars f. Vans g. Trucks h. Buses i. Plant j. Other k. Next Button. iv) Postcode – Next Button. v) Loading Wheel, with the message “We are searching relevant vehicle tracking providers” – Auto move onto next form page after 2 seconds. vi) Company Name – Next Button. vii) Full Name – Next Button. viii) Email – Next Button. ix) Telephone – Next Button. x) Thank you page. Text should say the following, “Thanks for your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly.” Under this have the text, “Give us your fleet insurance renewal date and we will contact you nearer the time to see if we can quote you happy.” xi) When the visitor arrives at the thank you page, an email should sent to an email address (to be specified later) detailing all the form completion data in it. b) Functionality of the form: i) The site should have a tracking url which includes the following variables in the url which are then stored in the database for every visit. The variables are: a. Traffic Source b. Keyword ii) For every visitor it stores each stage of the form which they complete. The form must record in the database each stage as it goes along. iii) If the visitor clicks back on the browser then the form field should already be completed with the previous completed answer. iv) If the visitor clicks back on the browser and then changes the answer in the field and then clicks Next then the form should overwrite the previous answer and record the new answer in the database.
