I need a Popover designed and then implemented into the site. I must be able to turn this off and on and run when I please. I want the popover to displayed once each time someone visits the site. I do not want the popup showing every time they navigate back to the home page in the current session. You will use out Logo, the text below and create a green enter button. You will need to use the logo image from the website just make it all look nice. The Text and specifications are attached. See the paint file named example for the style. I need this done immediately and willing to pay $30 plus a $20 bonus if completed within 2 hours.
