As I am from India, I offer cash on delivery facility for Indians. But the thing is, 7 out of 10 cash on delivery orders are fake and customers do not buy it by paying to the courier person. I need your help now in vetting those fake orders. So I need a plugin, 1. Which makes phone verification must before customers orders through cash on delivery. (Only for India) I use msg91. 2. Customer must be pay a 10% fee or Admin set fee and the remaining can be paid using cash on delivery. This way I will vet out fake orders. The order completion page must show the fee paid by the customer & the balance he has to pay when he receives the product. I also need you to optimize the site for more speed.
