WooCommerce Subscription Billing

I need someone who can customize a billing schedule for college snack attack. Because I am school year plan instead of a year plan it's difficult to get a schedule to follow an 8-month plan without expiring. I need payment to recur between August and April with no summer billing to customer card. This is what I think the ideal schedule should be but completely on to a easier way to do this.

For the month to month the monthly billing cycle I will only need to charge monthly payment between August and April- This needs to automatically recur. No summer billing

For the semester plan I kinda typed out what I think is correct. If a client signs up during the following months for the semester the billing is as follows:

Sign up in:

January next billing August -

February next billing Sept-

March next billing Oct-

April next billing Nov-

Anyone sign up between May and August next billing January

For school year plan it just need to be annually from the original sign up

So if they signup in February next billing in February although they will get 8 boxes.

I would like all these plans to charge customer card the 1st of the month.

Boxes are only delivered Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec Feb, March, April and May- This is consider a School year so if a parent sign up to pay month to month their billing cycle would be sign up in August first box Sept. The last time their card should be charge based on month to month is April which is May box but it will need to start again the following August

For the Semester plan its the hardest customer gets 4 boxes per semester the problem is more so how to do the billing if a parent signs up mid semester but orders a semester plan. They are still entitled to the 4 boxes whether its 2 fall semester and 2 spring semester. Its controlling their next bill. So if a parent signs up in October their student will receive Nov, Dec, Feb and March box which means their next billing would be in March for the April, May , Sept and October box which means next billing is Nov ans so on
