Wordpress plugin for car parking

I'm searching a Wordpress expert that can create a plugin for Wordpress for a booking system of a car parking. It is important to have a form for the booking process composed of three parts, and also a backend system that allows to manage the prenotations. BOOKING FORM 1) The booking form can be customizable in order to allow to insert different type of fields (like "car typology", etc). One of this field has to be the typology of parking. For each typology it has be possible to set the Rates. The Rates have to be created in this way: 1 day --> XX,XX € 2 days --> YY,YY € 3 days --> ZZ,ZZ € ... etc ... from X days: XX,XX € for each day These information (parking typology and rates) has to be associated to a Car Parking manager. It has to be possible to create different Car Parking managers. In the form it has to be possible to to select a period ("From date", "To Date", "Arrival time" and "Time of departure" ). After this selection it is necessary to compute the number of days and show the price. The price has to be calculating comparing the number of day with the Rate selected. 2) The second part of the booking, has to show the resume of the selected prenotations and it has to show to the user to select one of the extra services available. Each Service is composed of: Name and Price. If a Service is checked it has to be added to the total value of the prenotation. 3) The last part of the booking process has to show a form that allow the user to insert own information. These information can be customizable (Name, Surname, Address, Car Type, etc etc) It has to be possible add the TOS (Term Of Service). BACKEND At the end of the process, it has to be necessary to send automatically an EMAIL to the Parking owner, where are shown all the information of the prenotation. Moreover it is necessary have a view with the list of Orders, in order to see each day which are the checkin and check out. At the end it has to be possible to create an Invoice (in PDF) for each order. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: My company manages a CAR VALET and performs several services to our customers, I will list: 1) car wash 2) car repair 3) chauffeur 4) car parking So I want the user who can book the online service to choose one of these services or even all if you want. In addition, the user booking the service must be able to choose a arrival date and a start to quantify the service life and also the cost. This user side. Administrator side I have to be able to do the same things as a customer, and in addition I have to be able to establish a discount to be made to the customer for certain services or days. I also have to print everything on pdf or other files according to a logic that I choose.
