Need Web server speed help for home page loading time - looking for all adjustments to be made as recommended by top 8 items of both reports GTmetrix attached. current GTmetrix load times over 12 seconds for home page!! need top 8 items in attached gtmetrix report file(s) fixed both PageSpeed and Yslow reports BUT ALSO: 1) EXPRESSLY guarantee you will NOT break my site (and immediately fix if you do) 2) understand that I have already installed WP Supercache and Smush. Dont remove these or add any new plugins without clearing with me. 3) suggest if I should/could use a CDN to serve the header slider splash animation file - and right now SOMETHING calls a file from svinfotech domain, which is NOT my host. That is my prior developer. I might need to have you host that animation on a free CDN or my own host, but certainly not "pull" anything from SVinfotech (and need you to make sure the front page in fact "pulls" the slider animation from the best spot for performance, CDN or local host). PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME OR BREAK MY SITE. ALL WORK MUST INCLUDE YOU MAKING A BACKUP/CLONE OF THE SITE TO DO WORK LOCALLY FOR TESTING AND ALLOW ME TO APPROVE BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING ON THE LIVE SITE, . Note that the home page is really the only one with any page load issues, all other pages are simple. A successful completion of the project will be GTMetrix scores of A / A and load time 5 seconds or less for the home page.
