I am looking to have an app that allows the end user to tone down calls coming in while having your phone on. If I am on call I want to accept only calls from certain numbers to ring through. I want to be able to have all calls and notifications that would normally come through but not hear the ring tones for them. So I want to select certain numbers to only ring through with timers for being on call or even if I am not on call be able to keep my phone on and only receive emergency calls say if someone I select from my contacts (Multiple if necessary) calls then the calls rings using a ringtone and I do not receive rings from notifications from emails txt msgs etc.
