Write an iPad/iPhone application

Hi, I gone through the description, have read and understood the job description, but off course would you clarify some technical points. Here are the key points and workflow of the app and backend: 1) User login in app using username/password 2) Report damaged received items by taking photos 3) Support to apply circle or line to show the damage on each photo 4) Fill some form fields and send the damage to PHP backend service 5) PHP backend service will check the authentication of the request and will store the request in database 6) PHP backend will also send this request to an mail addresses 7) The template for forms and email addresses must be stored in settings page (This information can be be stored in the backend and be handed over at every app launch) 8) PHP with MVC framework, HTML, CSS Admin panel will be created to support creating/editing/deleting users accounts 9) In case there is no internet, all filled forms will be send to the server only once internet connectivity resumes. * If the app is in background it will not be possible to detect if the internet connectivity to the app has resumed or not, it will be done only once the user brings the app in foreground 10) App user can see their reports 11) An admin from the admin panel or app can view all reports I'm new to freelancing here, but profile portfolio showcases some of my recent work as well as ongoing app video.
