Hi there! I recently built a tool for a yacht charter firm to help their sales team send proposals. The rep searches for yachts on their partners' websites via the API, then selects the yachts they like. The script then generates all the HTML for emails including boat details, images, prices etc and then a customisable header/signature. All of this is 100% editable. The rep can then choose a client and send the email. It is stored in the DB and has a preview mode too. I also built another tool for the same company that works like a mail merge, so they can do a search through their clients on various fields and create an email (using the same editor) and send it to multiple recipients. They can insert fields into the text, such as "Dear [{FirstName}]" etc. I believe that developing a combo of those two tools will suit you perfectly. page 1: choose to view previous emails or to create a new email Page 2: fill out criteria for who to send the email to page 3: option to edit recipient list, based on above search Page 4: compose the email in the tinyMCE HTML editor, with ability to add data fields, as with a mail merge page 5: preview and send/edit/cancel buttons page 6: send and store in DB for later viewing Would this be a standlone tool or fit in with your admin site? I would be able to put this together within a total of three days for you, but I will be away from the office from July 15th to 20th, that is why I have put seven days to cover me for that period.
