Looking closely at hand, i believe one of the major things that needs to be contributed into this task at hand, excluding what you require, would be 1. I higher performance application than the one already present with you 2. A better UI 3. A better means of storing the log f.e the clicks 4. I could even go further to integrate a snapshot of the vehicles entering in at the moment of the user clicking the input(thou this would require me some few more days) 5. Fixing up of any bugs required 6. Provide more tips into making your software a larger and scale-able one
