Our company would like to integrate Clickatell SMS into our Zoho CRM. Our primary needs are that we would like to be able to text from within Zoho and have our sales team receive email notifications when they receive a new text/reply (if the email can be sent to the specific sales rep who is the "owner" of the contact record that would be ideal). We would also like the SMS text history to be attached to the contact profile within Zoho. If it's possible to have a pop-up notification of the new text within Zoho that would be amazing, but if not, the email notification would certainly suffice.
