Project Proposal: We are looking to creating a cloud based online human resource, payroll, and employee benefits management platform. The system is intended to be used by HR departments within small to large companies as a means of handling their HR needs. The goal is to create a website with sophisticated back end processes that make it highly autonomous and self-sufficient. This project is intended to be used for HR and payroll management purposes and as such will deal with things like employee onboarding and various payroll and accounting capabilities. We would like to discuss the possibility of developing a cloud based HR management solution with a strong focus on accounting and payroll functionalities. To better understand the magnitude and scope of what we envision I would like to invite you to visit a similar site such as: “Zenefits” www.zenefits.com. This site serves as the template for the functionality and design elements that I would like to see in the software. As a serious bidder I would ask you to really explore the site, create an account and understand the functionality that I am looking for. If this is something that you are capable of doing I invite you to bid. I am open to suggestions regarding programming language. Payments: NO upfront payment. I understand the scope of this project and as such I will promptly release payment upon completion.
