Scope and Objectives The purpose of this project is to engage a firm to plan, conceptualize, design, develop, customize, and host a mobile data collection and reporting service which schools would use to manage time and attendance of teachers’ and leaners. The successful service provider must possess the following skills, abilities and competencies; Minimum 3+ years of solid mobile application development experience, with published work Excellent knowledge of the USSD development frameworks Strong experience in mobile user interface design and development Ability to design web-based backend system architecture Experience with server side programming and database Knowledge of mobile telecommunication platforms and gateways Exposure related to security aspects of mobile client architecture and development desired Ability to host the data and mobile application The proposal should give a clear outline of the service provider’s proficiency and address the scope of work and the above requirements and outputs.
