Write technical detailed specification of an existing project

I need a technical specialist to analyse an existing project and

write technical detailed specifications for

-1- ipad application: taking picture process + framing + instagram style filter

-2- create specification of a responsive photo gallery with social sharing links

-3- create google analytics specification and reports for the gallery

-4- create specification of a back office to create project and display google analytic detailed ans summery

this is revers engineering of an existing project

i need and someone that is able to write complete specification in less than a week

skills : ios/html5/ responsive xml/ basic sgbd, social statics, google analytics
