Zapier Integration. Hello. We have an API for Telephony integration. We wish integrate our all API calls with Zapier. API Documentation: [login to view URL] OAuth 2 API Authentication API calls must be authenticated using OAuth 2.0 with the user token (USER_TOKEN). Each user can generate their personal token under Account ([login to view URL]). To interact with specific external CRM data (store/return) will be required CRM Unique ID and record in Voiicr. We will provide you an account/token to create that integration. Important: We need someone who has previous experience with Zapier.
Understanding Telephony Events on Voiicr to Integrate any External CRM
Allows creation of a [master_account] Voiicr in [crm]
Allows creation of a [subaccount] Voiicr in the [crm] associated with [master_account]
Allows the creation of a Voiicr [invoice] from [crm] by checking the [minimum amount value]
Checks the [balance] of [master_account]
Events for New Leads in Made Calls + Activities
Each new pipeline created creates a [contact] in Voiicr
Each new [contact] created in Voiicr, creates a [pipeline] in your [crm]
Each new [callednumber] for a [contact] imported from [crm] generates a new [activity] in [pipeline, deal, funnel, profile, ticket, etc.] and lists agent / branch [subaccount] Voiicr, start time of [callednumber], [call_duraction], [recording], [protocol] listing as [user's] [activity] in [crm]
Each new [lead] created in [crm] generates a new [contact] in Voiicr
Each new [comment] during / after the call and / or associated to the [call_history] or [call_list] in the lead [deal]
Each new [callednumber] for a new [contact] creates a [deal] on your [crm] [pipeline / deal] sales [optional]
Each new [callednumber], lists activity in the [pipeline, business, funnel, profile, ticket, etc.] of [tool_name]. The words may vary depending on the CRM [if it is a sales or support CRM], but the synchronism of the events and actions performed are the same, only changing the name of the fields used by the CRMs to be integrated.
Events for Incoming Calls | Interns
Each new [contact] created creates a [contact] associated with a [deal] on your [crm] sales [optional]
Each new [incoming_call] without an assigned contact generates a [contact] in Voiicr and can generate a [deal] or [ticket] in your [crm]

We create an user interface on our side for the user to input theirs external CRM API credentials.
The external CRM needs to have a rest API call that our system can POST to create a new user on the external CRM. Besides that, the CRM must provide and end-point to receive POST information from our webhook about users updates. This endpoint will be registered on our system at the time we create credentials for the CRM partner to integrate with us.
