Hi, we are currently re-launching our website- in wordpress and woocommerce, and we need to develop a integration with our zendesk platform so that our users can submit and modify tickets from zendesk and the ticket history can be retrieved from zendesk and displayed in wordpress. Basically we need to implement: a series of zendesk api calls from woocommerce render the back and forth comms with our agents using the wordpress template we have chosen for our site… The logged in user should be shown a list of tickets and requests and their status allow ticket updates etc to be visible from within woocommerce Please provide a fixed price- we encourage you to look at the zendesk api beforehand. The website is in Spanish so we need you to speak Spanish.
