Simple Postgre SQL work 4-5 hours. Need to convert csv db into DB

Hello Sir/Madam I have solid experience as Oracle, SQL Server and Sybase, PostgreSQL DBA. I am SQL server certified DBA in both as DBA and Design. I worked as DBA in USA for 13 years. I have strong knowledge and experience of creating and data exporting in Databases. I will do the task as quickly as possible. I see two ways of solution. 1). I need you csv-file and 3-4 hours of the time. After that, you get a backup of the database. (20$) 2). I need you csv-file and 1 day of the time. After that you get a GUI-application, that provide the import of CSV-files to Postgre DB whith any connection options.(35$). My best regards! Alexey.

Hello, I have a lot of experience with designing and managing large PostgreSQL databases (over 1 TB of data). I also have experience with other database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server) and data processing tools (bash, Python).
