CS:GO Server Mod - End Result Screen

I want to create a mod for my server which will automatically be downloaded and work for any user that connects to the server. I want to fully cuztomize the final result screen that is being displayed once a match has ended on my CSGO server. This includes my own background for the box, what type of information that is being displayed on each row of result. For this project it's enough with some very basic data. What i want to achieve is a simple mod that has shown that i can change all objects in the end result screen.
