I need an iphone app that can alert me when i am in the train(repost)

I have installed some apps.

-Track

-My locus

- Inap

-GPS-R

-Geoalart

It works when I am not using another application but all tough the apps say they support multitasking on the iphone 4 os, it does not work.

The alarms work when I don't use another application.

I would like to know how i can solve this issue.

I am using iphone 3gs with os iphone 4.
