video website

Hi, I need a website that will allow users to view videos, give their rating for videos, share on facebook and twitter, email to a friend, and also allow users to sign up their own account and be able to post their videos (youtube links), like/unlike a video and make comments on videos. (only allowing youtube videos at the moment, but with the possibility of allowing users to share videos from other sites such as vimeo, viddler, etc, and with the possibility of allowing users to upload their own videos to the site) the site should be based around the look and feel of [login to view URL], and have the same kind of funcitionality, but with only video and only from youtube at the moment. Include search cloud, most viewed and highly rated videos. I will also need to be able to install googe analytics and google adsense on this site so that it will function on every page. If this is most easily achieved with a cms I am happy with that. (eg wordpress, joomla, drupal) CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS must come with this project. I would like to install this site myself so clear instructions on how to do so are needed. I would also like the ability to put my own email signup or have the email that people provide when they sign up integrated into an email update system (eg. aweber) or the ability to export emails that people have signed up with. also contact us, privacy policy, report bugs and suggest improvements links.
