Document Template ReDesigns(repost)

Howdy, This should be a quick project for someone proficient in creating nice, clean looking office templates. Basically I own a web development company that has been in operation about 6 months. I am to the point now where I need to get nicer, more professional looking forms for my process. I will provide forms from my previous company as EXAMPLES. They contain the necessary portions and pieces of information, but all aspects of the previous company must be completely removed and only my company's identity present in the documents. Please doe NOT simply open the documents up in open office and modify them, as that is not what I am looking for. The delivered documents should also look and feel completely different. Different layout, different graphics / etc. The provided documents are to simply give you an idea of what another company's forms look like, and to also provide you all of the information which should be in each form I am asking to be created. I will provide you all of my logos and other graphics in color, B/W, and vector ( EPS ) file formats. I will provide you with 3 documents from my previous company: 1. A quote form 2. A design approval document 3. and A project completion agreement. All work must be done in Open Office. I am not a microsoft proponent and do not use Microsoft Office for anything. Open Office has the ability to export to PDF, and the deliverable documents should export correctly to PDF from the open document templates. Please do ONE template first then upload it to RAC to show me. This way I can see and approve the design. After that I will make any comments / changes to that one before you complete the other 2 and the blank template. I put a 5 day deadline on the project, though I am open to extending it if notification is made soon enough and with good reason. Thanks! Template ( front page, interior page, with header/footer's to match ) * Exported PDF examples of each of the above to prove that the export looks correct Open Office ( [login to view URL] ) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
