Job Description
I am looking for an Assistant who would be available during Eastern Time Zone to help me organize my business, freeing me up to drive growth initiatives.
Tasks include project management, web research, data entry, proofreading, editing and posting blog posts, overseeing support ticket systems, reporting, managing sales pipelines, Adwords account management, maintaining social media sites.
Hours are flexible, but general availability Monday through Friday from 9AM - 2PM US EST would be great. Initially, the hours may be than 10 a week but will increase as you settle in to your role. The more you know and can do, the more valuable you will be to me and my business, the more I will delegate to you, the more your work hours will increase.
Contractor requirements
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following sites and/or software: Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Docs/Drive, Dropbox, Google Analytics & Adwords, Social Media Sites, Photoshop, Skype, Craig’s list posting, Amazon posting, etc.
The perfect candidate will be available via phone, IM, or email throughout the workday.
