We are a group of college students seeking to find a rental home for the next academic year. We're not having much luck, calling property owners and brokers ourselves. Therefore we're looking into hiring someone who will work as an intermediary, calling different properties on our behalf to make sure they are available and fulfill our requirements. Pretty easy job. Will compensate accordingly.
