We have a project management software ready meeting your requirement. It is web-based. Can run on your local network also. Uses IIS, .net Framework 2.0, MSDE database. If you want a trial, we can organize. Any change, addition and improvements can be handled in a short span. But our quote does not inlcude the software. Only the database design. Software comes with additional cost.
