I do apologize for my long proposal but as you said you don't want another "Sir, I have this much experience in this and went through your project description....."). I can't help you in proofreading your book but apart from that you can count on me for the rest. To format the text, do the typeset and to provide you your eBook in different formats. I've got only 2 questions: 1) What eBook format are you looking for? 2) Do you prefer fixed or reflow able layout? I'm assuming you're leaning towards fixed layout since you mentioned you've got the fonts and style figured out already but if you're going to publish this for Kindle or IBook then please consider reflowable layout as well. If not then just ignore the next paragraph :D. Readers hate fixed layout books in eReaders such as Kindle simply because fixed layout strips all the functions such as changing the font, font size, to be able to scale the text regardless of screen size. Anyway it's completely up to you how you want your eBook and I would love to participate in your project. BTW I'm using Adobe InDesign for creating the layouts and if we go with reflowable will manually edit the code so your illustrations scale well with different screen sizes.
