Illustrate an Existing Web/Mobile App

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Development/Management Expert to help us create several technical documents for our projects to help our development teams to define the scope of work, and our management teams with the needed work hours and price quotations for each PRD document. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating a document or a set of documentation that describes the features and behavior of a software/web/mobile application. Reverse and Forward Engineering expertise and experience a big plus as you'd be analyzing existing web-based businesses. PROJECT BACKGROUND: The project is to develop documents to conceive a new product that requires a custom-built web application. The BRD, PRD and RFP are based on an existing web/mobile app that will be given to you for analysis, and based on that a new product will be created. The documents required are (or a combination of all three into one): 1) Business Requirements Document (BRD). 2) Product Requirements Document (PRD) with detailed feature explanation of existing web/mobile apps. 2) RFP documents for the app. The documentation must include: 1) Comprehensive explanation of what is needed for the web/mobile app. The requirements document shall fully describe the context around a product and what it must look like to help developers implement their work. 2) Bullet-ed item list of Features and Functionalities of existing web apps. 3) Screenshots of existing web/mobile apps discussing how they work. You would need to list out features of existing app and create a detailed product requirement specification sheet that is clear and concise. There's a strong likelihood that you'd be requested to study multiple apps in the same niche. You must be able to provide grammatically correct and logically sound work and integrate simple wireframes in your specification. The documents must be in English language only. No technical expertise is required. You will need a good command of English, plus the ability to research, synthesize, and organize. Prior experience in writing a Software Requirements Specification or Web Site Requirements document will be of value, as well as any real-world experience using a complex web application as a users or as a developer. The document should be a technical low-level document specifying all the functionalities and user flow of a website. It should cover all the user flows, business rules, possible scenarios, logics, wireframes, backend system, hosting infrastructure etc. You can join in the discussions between the project owner and the senior developer. The business requirements will be provided in a clear and detailed manner. Further information and assumptions can be provided upon request and as needed. EXPECTED TIMELINE & PAYMENT: Please provide timelines and cost estimates. DELIVERABLES: The only deliverables are - Project Requirements Document or a combination document of BRD, and PRD. BIDDING REQUIREMENTS: 1) Please provide samples of existing BRD, PRD and RFP documents you have worked on in the past. This is a MUST. 2) You must have a strong a background in software engineering, software design and technical writing. 3) You must be familiar with and have an experience developing similar documents in the past. 4) You must have strong English language skills so that the documents can be clear, accurate and unambiguous.
