We want to get some exposure in suitable press / magazines

We are one restaurant but with a strong brand and figure head. We are looking for some short term PR work to get us some coverage in London press. More important than the writing of the press release is having a network of contacts within different publications, having an ear to the ground in terms of F&B and being able to get us some exposure in appropriate publications.
