Modify existing python script to work properly with a specific EEPROM Currently I can read the chip however it is corrupt data, I am assuming the setting are incorrect. Current setup is a Arduino UNO and SPI Flash Programmer script. Task requirement is to fix .py and .ino to work with an ST 25128 SPI EEPROM. If successfl, there will be an additional task to write a script that automates reading and writing to a specific offset.

Hi, I can modify Arduino sketch and Python script for your project. There are many same or similar eeproms from different companies - like Microchip 25LC128 , On Semi CAT25128. ST, however, has eeprom M95128. I am not sure if this is what you are using. I have ST M95128-W eeprom IC that I have used successfully. So I can test it with Arduino and Python script to make sure it works correctly.

Python does not run on the Arduino Uno itself, so I presume your Python script simply communicates with the Arduino via a serial port (e.g., using the PySerial Python library). Is that correct? Are you sure the problem is not in the Arduino program (rather than the Python script)? Are you sure you have pull-up resistors installed / enabled on the I2C bus? If you can share both the Arduino program and the Python script, that would help. In the meantime, please note that this bid is PROVISIONAL. (I might need to change the price and / or timeframe.) NOTE: I am based in Ireland - completely different timezone to New Zealand.
