Block IP's from scrape on my server

Greetings! I am an expert Web Scraper and hence I know the workarounds required to complete such a job. Ip ban is an effective technique to prevent it and I can complete this task of scraping off ip of mentioned sites and banning them from your site. Would require 2 days to complete. Hoping to discuss further.

I did a self-learning script for a similar purpose for production server which was prone to online attacks. Though I did it in Bash/Linux, I could rewrite the script in python if need be.
