I need an experienced programmer who can develop a system where user signs up, login, uploads his/her audio and video files in different formats like MP3, wav, MP4, AVI etc, can play online and download text of the audio and video in Text, docx, .srt format. It should be able to process unlimited audio or video. You should only use open source, forever free library if needed like [login to view URL] You need to install on my server and set the whole thing there. I have Namecheap Linux shared server with Cloud Linux OS.
