I am using Python 2.7 with Opencv 2.4 (official version of raspberry repository) on a Raspberry PI3.
I already have the counter running with all the features I need, but I'm having trouble detecting people.
I need some filter that can stabilize the brightness of the image, regardless of whether it's day, afternoon, night, with camera infrared or with light focus.
The bus shakes a lot and gives false positives, I need to stabilize the image. Plus I have my biggest problem with brightness.
By day it works without problems, but in the afternoon, with less light it starts not detecting correctly. At night the camera's infrared is triggered and the detection does not work properly. There is still the problem of the driver lighting a light at the top of the stairs so that the passenger goes down and the focus impairs detection.
That is, my big problem is the change of luminosity in the scene and I need something that stabilizes the light independent of being day, night, with infrared or with a focus of light.
