Computer vision / Machine Learning Developer with Hololens Experience

Looking for a developer / engineer with a focus on computer vision and machine learning.
Need to have experience in real-time object detection and segmentation and training custom models to detect specific objects in real-time via camera feed. Experience working with augmented reality development and (both mobile devices and especially AR Headsets such as Magic Leap One and Microsoft Hololens & remote processing) a big plus.
Experience required with machine-learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Caffe, Microsoft CNTK, etc. and libraries such as OpenCV.
Experience required with Python and C# / C / C++.
Experience with other programming languages and fullstack development as well as Unity development a plus.
Should be able to work remotely, if needed, serious, reliable and responsible. Preferably based in Los Angeles.
Start date would be any time between now and January 14th at the latest, until at least mid-February for initial project deadlines.
Budget is $5,000-$8,000 depending on availabilities and proper completion of project.
