configure flask on ubuntu using WSGI and call a python method from client side

I have a python script which does some calculations and which i want to call from a web browser using a url. I installed flask in the testing environment and ran the flask built in server and i am able to call my script (works great). But, I understand this method is not recommended for production and WSGI on apache is recommended but I cant get it to work. I need help configuring WSGI in apache.
