Customized price alert in Python. Very small task.

I want to make a price alert for a coin I’m trading on Hitbtc that sends me notifications when certain events happen. I want to be able to receive these notifications on Android & iOS phones and computers. The basic actions it should perform are:
 - scan the price every second - if price drops +5% in less then a minute => send customized push notification - if price rises +5% in less then a minute => send customized push notification - send a push notification when certain predefined values are reached
 I’m using the CCXT library which can make the API calls, so there’s no need to make a wrapper. There’s also no need for a GUI. I will divide this job in several small tasks. The first task is the following: When I’m in the CCXT folder I can use the command “python [login to view URL] hitbtc xmr/btc” in terminal to get the information that I need. I want a simple Python app that fetches this every second, strips 3 values (last price, bid and ask) from that information and displays this in terminal as long as the app is running.

 This is a very small job for an experienced dev so I expect a competitive offer. I have a virtual machine you can connect to with everything installed, ready to go.
