Deep Learning trading system for Ninjatrader 8

***Please send estimate - We do not have a set budget for this project*** I'm looking for a Futures Trading Deep Learning system that I can deploy locally on Ninjatrader 8. I need a custom system that can read chart & indicators.. and produce predictions. For example- I need a system that can study a chart, and print arrows on the chart when the system predicts the market will move up 40 ticks, or down 40 ticks. Requirements: 1. Must be able to read Tick/Renko charts. [login to view URL] be able to read Ninjatrader 8 Indicators. [login to view URL] be able to predict 40 tick trends. [login to view URL] be able to print arrows on the Ninjatrader chart when it predicts a 40 tick trend 5. System needs to be deployed locally. I do not want to use AWS, Azure, etc. 6. This is an intraday trading system - Must be able to predict multiple trades. 7. Python programming preferred ... but i'm open to anything. ***I've attached a photo of my chart and a list of the indicators i'm using.
