Design predictive analytics model with web based GUI on cloud VM

About me: I'm interested in exploring the possibilities of predictive analytics What I need: - Recommend best VM cloud platform for the project - Build Python backend to stream data from APIs and collect in DB (prefer SQLite, but open to suggestions) - Recommend best learning algorithm for data, advise whether a neural network is best - Design predictive model using a large array of raw and derived quantitative inputs as well as some qualitative (sentiment analysis) inputs - Train and test model, ensuring not overfit - Create simple, secure, private web portal for monitoring data flow, model inputs, parameters, and outputs I look forward to your proposals!
