Displaying Video/Image on TV connected to Raspberry PI Using Python

The project gaol is to show an image or video stored locally on the file system, inside Python GUI using Raspberry PI. So the steps to happen:
- Will login to CMD of the Raspberry PI (No GUI is required to start and upload the image/Video)
- Start the Python script which will start a GUI with full screen and start streaming the video on one half of the screen and display the image on the other half of the screen. Both displayed on the same TV screen (Check attached)
- The TV is connected to the HDMI port of the PI (PI 3 B)
- No GUI frames to be shown in the TV screen. Only the video and the image ONLY
