Electric vehicle predictor -preliminary work

I am a freelancer in energy in Australia. I work with all the networks and consumer agencies.
I develop excel models and previously created R models for my clients.
I am looking for someone to help me to convert my electric vehicle model in excel to a website that allows users to pick different scenarios, and present the information in innovative ways. Probably python would be best to use, but also open to R if it can be cheaply converted to a tab on my website. Should look good on PC and mobile
