Guidance in creating GraphQL queries with Graphene Django on top of existing database

I'm looking to receive some guidance on how to setup a GraphQL endpoint given my Django backend and models using Graphene Django, I've successfully setup two very basic nodes but now that I have a many-to-many situation and `through`, I'm completely stuck! What I'd like is specific help to get the syntax right for the query as well as some pointers on how to go about building a schema on my existing models.
