I made a similar for a home automation startup I assume you need to stream video from your doorbell to an android app. So you can do that with few hardware components and turning that into an IP camera. Once that's done you can have a server on clouds like AWS to stream that video so that anybody you give access to can stream it live. I been working on IOT based services and products for quite a while now. Would love to hear back!
