Although I have not used the Face++ API's, I am amazing at debugging (which is - from what i understand- what you need). I am an expert at Python and very good at machine learning and image recognition. Although I have put in $500 as the cost, depending on the complexity of the issue, I may be able to reduce it by about $50. Payment would need to be made only after satisfactory resolution of the issue that you are facing. I would also need to use your API key as I do not have a face++ account. The Key will be used ONLY for your project.
