I have a lot of experience with this type of file structure work. It should be a pretty straight forward job and very simple with Python. I am willing to do the whole project for $24 as long as your willing to use a command line interface to run the scripts. I should be able to do this in less than a day. Even 1-2 hours once I know the layout of the original txt file and the layout that you want for the csv file. I am also familiar with the Twitch API as I have worked with it before. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me about this project.
